No Smoking is allowed inside The Old Manor House, Willow Cottage, Christmas Cottage, the Games Room or the Event Barn. There are outside covered areas for smokers.

Rental Rates

                              

Payment

 

The reservation deposit is 35% of the rental rate and the balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of the rental.

The £500 security deposit is payable with the balance and is refundable within 14 days of the end of rental, subject to inspection.

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron debit or credit cards.

There are no surcharges for payment with these debit or credit cards
