Welcome to the fabulous Cotswold Organic Estate, a magical setting for Celebrations, Short Breaks and Holidays with magnificent views and wonderful walks. The Grade II listed, 17^th Century Old Manor House and historic Cotswold Cottages are exquisitely set in the centre of their own 70 acres of sweeping Cotswold Organic parkland and are approached through cast-iron gates, down a long, private tree-lined carriage drive. London is less than 1 hour, Cheltenham is 30 minutes, the historic University City of Oxford is 15 minutes plus a delightful Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away.

The Old Manor House (sleeps 26), Willow Cottage (sleeps 13) and Christmas Cottage (sleeps 6) all have their own private lawns and grounds and can be booked individually, in any combination or all together to sleep up to 45 adults and children. The beautiful Swallow Barn, which can seat up to 60, is available for celebration banquets, dinners, buffets and receptions. Private Catering can be easily arranged with highly recommended caterers. Stag and Hen Groups are welcome with the wonderful night-life of Oxford being close by. 

Excellent complimentary facilities are available including fabulous Spa and Hot Tubs, Wireless Broadband Internet, widescreen HD TV and DVD players and, according to option, a superb Games Room. In addition, exclusive Privilege Guest status is available at the nearby Witney Lakes Resort allowing use of their facilities at discounted rates. These include, subject to pre-booking and availability, the fabulous Health Club with its Indoor Heated Pool, hot-tub, gym, sauna, steam-room and fitness centre, the Golf Club, which has an 18 hole, par 71 course, and the Retreat Spa, offering beauty, facial and body treatments. Clay Pigeon Shooting and Simulated Game & Activity Days are available nearby.

Children of all ages are very welcome and will delight in playing on the extensive, safely fenced and gated private lawns away from public roads and near neighbours; cots and high chairs are available for infants. The estate is registered as Fully Organic with the Soil Association and specialises in breeding endangered varieties of cattle, sheep, goats and chickens, allowing viewing at close quarters of some of our most attractive and historic British breeds.

The estate is family owned and managed and we have put a lot of thought and work into making The Old Manor House and Cotswold Cottages as sumptuous and comfortable as possible and do hope that you will decide to stay.
